For Pete's sake! Don't ask us, see a doctor! We cannot possibly diagnose your problem online! You're going to get a bunch of people who will tell you not to worry when maybe you should and you sure as heck don't want to take their word for it! Get your buns to a doctor!

You might be going through something, usually cancer doesn't hurt at the beginning. Maybe you have some kind of an infection and that's why those lumps on your neck are inflamed they are lymph nodes. I would go see the doctor to be on the safe side.

GO TO THE DOCTOR!!!!!! my boyfriend had a lump in his neck and kept ignoring it . he started losing wieght and eventually had a hard time breathing and lost his voice. finally we went to the emergency room and found out he had sqaumouscell carcinoma, yes cancer!! what was unusual was the fact that this type of cancer is typically found in 60-70 yr olds who have been drinking and smoking their whole lives. he went through several MRI's, catscans, petscans, biopsys, etc! Because he waited so long to go to the dr. he had developed 3 cancerous tumors. One of which grew around a main artery that pumped blood to his brain and had caused a serious blood clot. the other had damage his vocal chords and esophogus. Because of this he lost his voice and cannot swallow anything, not even his own saliva, now he is going through speech therapy, and has to have all food blended up into a liquid so that he can put it down his feeding (or peg) tube that was inserted into his stomache and sticks out of his body. he went throught the most vigorous chemo treatments and radiation.
lost his hair, is about to lose his health benefits from being out of work for so long and had to drop out of college. not to mention the financial and emotional strain on me and our family. not only that but we had the stress of wondering if my daughter will grow up with her father around!!!
PLEASE DO YOUR SELF THE FAVOR AND GO TO THE DR.!!!
IF U WAIT IT CAN ONLY GET WORST IF U EVEN HAVE CANCER. god willing you will be ok. Good Luck

Ok, before you scare yourself any more than you already are, you have lymph nodes going down your neck. You can feel them off and on all the time because they get swollen when you are sick, even if you don't feel sick. Now, if you are so tired that you're passing out all the time, it's possible you have mono. But no matter what the reason you need to see you doctor so that he can tell you what is going on.

Go see a doctor ASAP. I can't tell you what your problem is but it worth the trip and expense for the peace of mind. If it is something serious the sooner you start treatment the better.

Ask doctor if you have "MONONUCLEOSIS". Sounds like the lymph nodes are swollen in your neck. It can also be an overactive THYROID. You can lose a lot of wt from that. If it's your thyroid - I can answer any questions about that. it's my specialty,

Please make an appointment with your family doctor this Monday. I think it is a sign of a goiter (spelling). A goiter is an extra lump of meat on your body usually on the face.

Only one thing to do go to the Doctor A.S.A.P. if you don't have insurance go to the E.R. that can't refuse you medical care. You can make payments on the bill.
