Last night i orderd a vanilla frostie. I pull up to the window to pay, and i had to wait there because no one was there. I waited about 2 minutes, and a guy comes up, he takes me card, hands it back, while looking at me really hard. I drive up to the next window, and he hands me the drink with a smirk. the spoon was wrapped nicely with a napkin (still in the plastic of course) and i thought that was odd too.

I start driving the 15 minutes home and i get about half way there, open the drink and i notice its really melted. I dig deep to get some ice cream pushing the top to the side, and take a bite. As I pushed the top aside, i noticed how bubbly and frothy it is at the top. I smell just a spoonfull of the froth and it DOESNT smell like ice cream. I pulled over and threw it out. And today i have a sore throat out of no where!

I know i should've kept it and calld or gone back but it just didnt register! I called the consumer # and got a real person who transfered me to a machine!

and no i did NOT anger any of them. I am always nice to people who handle my food.

"yes can i get a small vanilla frost"
anything else
"nope that'll be it"

and saying thankyou at each window isnt being rude unless the definition has changed...

I would be reporting it to the health department as well. Let them know that you called their 800 # and they transferred you to a voice mail. That is really sick. I hope that you got a name and everything. That person will be fired in a heartbeat.

that's conceivable for sure. bypass with your gut feeling. do not eat something you're suspicious of. notwithstanding that's seems weird and wonderful that they could do something for your food in basic terms because you requested for no mayo. that's compared to you extra lower back food for them to remake and cursed them out and they were out for revenge or inspite of. even as i changed into youthful I worked at Burger King and that i'll actual say I in no way did something nasty to absolutely everyone's food no be counted how impolite they were. the in simple terms difficulty I actual have performed is that if the guy requested more beneficial ketchup or mayo or pickles or inspite of on their burger...and they were extremely obnoxious about it, i ought to positioned an intense volume on there so maximum likely it ought to promote off out onto their laps with the first bite. Haha! yet spit on a persons'' food? in no way!!

Yeah, you should have gone straight back to Wendy's with product in hand and complained. If they gave you a coupon for something (coz they don't like refunds) then you should watch them make your food. Some of the employees are the sort who'd do it again just for kicks coz you complained.

Happened to me too! Since it just happened go back and tell them the date and time it occured and a description of the guy at the drive-in window. Tell them you're disappointed at the service and demand to speak to a manager first!
