Last night i orderd a vanilla frostie. I pull up to the window to pay, and i had to wait there because no one was there. I waited about 2 minutes, and a guy comes up, he takes me card, hands it back, while looking at me really hard. I drive up to the next window, and he hands me the drink with a smirk. the spoon was wrapped nicely with a napkin (still in the plastic of course) and i thought that was odd too.
I start driving the 15 minutes home and i get about half way there, open the drink and i notice its really melted. I dig deep to get some ice cream pushing the top to the side, and take a bite. As I pushed the top aside, i noticed how bubbly and frothy it is at the top. I smell just a spoonfull of the froth and it DOESNT smell like ice cream. I pulled over and threw it out. And today i have a sore throat out of no where!
I know i should've kept it and calld or gone back but it just didnt register! I called the consumer # and got a real person who transfered me to a machine!

and no i did NOT anger any of them. I am always nice to people who handle my food.
"yes can i get a small vanilla frost"
anything else
"nope that'll be it"
and saying thankyou at each window isnt being rude unless the definition has changed...

**UPDATE**
so i went back to the restraunt and talked to the manager. she was nice but her accent was too thick. but i gave my information and *watched* her make a copy of my reciept and information and got the original back, and she goes
"just so you know, with the current humidity people are getting sick. you can see kids are starting to get ill, but if you end up having to go to the doctor and they find it was our prodcut our insurance will pay for your doctor bill"
HOW WOULD THEY KNOW?! I just stood there going "they arent going to know it was a frostie that made me..."
she didnt even ask what happend, i had to stop her to tell my story!
