ok, my eyes have been twitching unconrollably for two days now. I have no idea whats wrong. I got out of the car after work and i got sharp excruciating pains in my eyeballs, then i felt lie i was going to black out. Can anyone tell me what might be causeing this. My eyes really hurt right now, it is also giving me headaches.

Yeah, before I even finished reading your description, I was thinking that it sounded like headaches. headaches aren't always in your head, they can be in your eyes, your forehead, and neck even. I would suggest you go and see your doctor and tell him about your symptoms. It may be migraines. And if these headaches persist, try Excedrin. It's a migraine headache pain killer.

GET IN TO THE EYE DOCTOR NOW!
i have no idea what could be wrong, but at my last exam - my eye doctor told me that if someone ever lost vision in one eye, they should come to the office within the hour. he has seen this happen too many times to count... a person loses vision in one of their eyes (or both) and they wait a couple days to come in. well, at that point there is NOTHING he can do. but had they come in when they first lost the vision - he could have done something and they would be fine.
YOU DO NOT MESS AROUND WITH YOUR EYES!

Go see an opthamologist that can be caused by a number of things that can get worse if you don't have it treated. For now until you see the doctor don't wear any eye make up and don't touch your eyes. Wear UV sunglasses when you're in the sun

Sounds like you gotten something in your eye.
Go get some eye drops and see if that helps if not you will need to go to the doctor.
If not, whatever that is in your eye...will scratch your iris, pupil or your sclera.

I dunno...sounds like problems people with diabetes have with their eyes...you should really get checked out by a doctor....
