It sure sounds as though he wants more than friendship. Have you tried talking to him about it? He may be hinting around but doesn't want to risk you rejecting him if you don't feel the same. Talk to him about it. Good luck!

It depends... How much time do you spend together? Have you ever done anything to make him think that something more than a friendship is possible between the 2 of you? Do you think that he would willingly risk your friendship? He might just love you as a friend, but then again, he may want more. I have a female friend that I would like to be a bit more intimate with, but I don't want to risk our friendship, my marrige, or my relationship with my brother( she's his girlfriend).Oh, what the heck! If you are attracted to him, take a chance, and see where it leads. You might be pleasantly suprised!

He is trying to tell you he wants to kiss you a whole lot. Not necessarily a relationship. You'd need to provide more info than that for a good guess. What do you feel in your heart? Why don't you ask him.

No he is not telling you I love you. Telling you I love you sounds like this...."I LOVE YOU". He is telling you he wants to kiss you...that does not make for a relationship...at best, it could lead to sex! DON'T KISS HIM!
