Does anyone know how to start a business creating party favors?

I'm looking for a website or software with templates for making computer printed favors only. Has anyone out there made money doing this?

Once you get an idea of what you want to do, create a website (you can do a free one at angelfire.com or freewebs.com); and then post one or two items on ebay to get a feel for sellability.

As far as templates, designs, etc ... pay attention to copyrights on them ... beyond that ... you can probably find some by doing searches on scrapbooking, desktop publishing, and such.

Just a suggestion ... you might make more money and get more sales selling the designs/templates, completed, in themed packages, for people to print themselves. If you do the printing, make sure you use quality paper, quality ink, and the better quality setting on your printer. You need to do this to compete with commercially sold items.
