I don't know if you are going to find an answer regarding this. This is long after the tribes were scattered and pretty much the only tribe that was easily recognizable was the Tribe of Judah (the religious authority and the Rabbis). I've heard theories that "Magdalene" is actually a refrence to a certain place in ancient Israel, "Magdala" or something like that. It was supposed to be a bad area, like Las Vegas or Compton. Which is why she was so readily equated to be a prostitute. (which there is no proof of, only that Jesus cast out seven demons from her).

here is all I could find on her
Magdala
a tower, a town in Galilee, mentioned only in Mt 15:39. In the parallel passage in Mr 8:10 this place is called Dalmanutha.
It was the birthplace of Mary called the Magdalen, or Mary Magdalene.
It was on the west shore of the Lake of Tiberias, and is now probably the small obscure village called el-Mejdel, about 3 miles north-west of Tiberias. In the Talmud this city is called "the city of colour," and a particular district of it was called "the tower of dyers." The indigo plant was much cultivated here.

I thought I know this, but no...Jesus' mother Mary is from the tribe of Judah..I will let you know if I come across with that info.
OK, now I know it. She is from the tribe of Benjamite. The tribe which was ostracized because they were of the line of Cain.
Her mother is Eucharis, father Cyrus, brother Lazarus and sister Martha.

Mary Magdalene. Her distinguishing name (meaning "Of (Belonging to) Magdala") likely stems from the town of Magdala
Doesn't directly answer your question, but I hope it helps.

Jesus (Lion of Judah) delivered her from 7 demons. She was forgiven much & loved the LORD much.
I would guess the tribe from Magdal.

She was from Magdala in Gallilee. Scripture doesn't give her Geneology\Tribe. So it would be safe to assume, that she didn't belong to any tribe.
