why is that when i go to bed or wake up in morning i hear this sound as though coming from inner of my ears?

the sound, sounds more like a falling sands.

could be tinnitus. I had tinnitus and it sounded like ringing. the doctor gave me a nasal inhaler containing steroids and it took care of the problem.

It could be due to morning sinus. A hot shower in the morning does help. It could also be due to ear wax, which can be cleared easily using eardrops

could be earwax buildup. i tryed the eardrops but it didnt help. when i took a shower i let the warm/hot water hit my ears and bout day or 2 it was gone.
