You prepare it the same way you do any tea. I drink tea all day long so I prepare a large pitcher of it. I boil the water in the micro
wave to save time and keep the heat down. Just boil water, put the tea bags in to steep. One thing if you make it too strong you can add water, if it's too weak, just take a couple more tea bags in a bit of boiling water, steep and add it to the pitcher of tea.

There is cold green tea and hot green tea, The hot - boil water and put the bag in a mug with water for 3 minutes. If you leave it too long it gets very, very bitter.

It's the same as other teas. Buy tea bags, or use a tea ball with tea leaves. If you're drinking it for the health effects there's a tea that's much better. It's call Rooibos, and it has 40 times the antioxidants as green tea, not to mention a ton of other health benefits.

You can buy green tea from a store and then boil the water in the kettle and pour it in a cup and put the green tea bag in. That's it!

Michelle118 is right. You do not want to use boiling water for green tea.
