What makes you think Christian rock is a abomination? Music is one of the most powerful tools in the world! You can hear a song and it take you back, you can smell the smells, you can remember the details all because you hear a song! If you are the least bit educated about christian theology you will know lucifer was in charge of the music while in heaven, so obviously satan wants to take that with him right! So people such as yourself associate every kind of music that is not old organ played hymnals as secular music! It's not the music it's the lyrics! If it is not against God it's for him! right? Not all christians like the same style music, just like not all sinners like the same style music! So does this mean any old secular music styled after old hymanl music, which was quite poplar in the beginning of country and folk music, is a abomination to satan even though it carries his sinful lyrics? Anyways I'm praying for you and God Bless You

Obviously you have never listened to the lyrics of Christian Rock... bands such as 'Petra' & 'Whiteheart' to name but two... We even have Christian Hip-Hop: R&B: & Soul to!! It’s not the music that’s the problem… It’s the content & message behind the music!!
I would 'Relay' you some across: but I know it would not be appreciated: so I won't bother!!
You want an abomination in music… & something displeasing to the Lord: go to your local music store and pick out some of the Secular stuff there: especially in the Hip-Hop: R&B: & Death Metal sections: 90% of which you will find (in the UK at least), carries a parental ‘Warning’ for explicit content!!
Smile... Jesus still loves you!!!

Of course God is real. What is wrong with Christian rock? You apparently are not too up on Rock Music. If you listen the early rock greats you can hear the inferences of classical music. Now rap and disco were created by Satan. Most people keep forgetting that Satan is also alive and well on this planet.

Common,as a musician myself I'll say do not call a type of music an abomination simply because it's not to your taste. Mozart isn't to manys taste, how many called it an abomination when he was alive? Most if not all the critics.
Change the channel, listen to something else, read the first amendment. Then play your own music LOUD!

Here we go again. "Rock" doesn't make "Christian rock" evil. If you've got an open mind, check out the first link below. Christian rock is better than a lot of the drivel that's passed off as mainstream rock these days.

The genre of music isn't what's an abomination, it is the message in the music that is/isn't an abomination. So any music that is lifting up His name or giving praise is a good thing.

Christian Rock ROCKS! You'd have to be in the Spirit to really appreciate it though.

Some of it's ok. Audio Adreniline, Six Pence, and a few others are actually pretty decent. I bet god hates POD though.
