We watch her everytime we let her out, but we turn our back for a second and she's gone. We cannot afford the invisiable fense or a shock collar. She's very well trained, but she just wants to leave! We treyed keeping her on a leash but she becomes a nusence and we just don't what to do!

If you don't have a fence, the only thing you can really do is sit with her or make sure she is tied up. No matter how well-trained a dog is, if they see something they want to get, like another dog or cat, chances are they're gonna go after it! I would say your family really should try to get an invisible fence. It might seem expensive, but in the long run it will probably be worth it. Save up for it. You can help out too by doing odd jobs around your neighborhood and contributing. Jeffers Pet has systems starting at $32.

Is she spayed, if not that will help immensley. Don't waste your money on inveisible fences or a shock collar...shock collars are cruel and have been proven to cause a variety of injuries and dogs can outsmart the invisible fence. Most trainers that advocate shock collars don't even use them properly, so how can the consumer buying one off the shelf be expected to? Improper use causes injury. The invisible fence and even sometimes the best training won't stop a dog from chasing something it wants to chase (like an animal)...and uses a shock collar. If your dog gets out of the invisible fence, and then gets zapped coming back in, it just teaches it not to come home. Check out this article about these collars: http://www.kerryblues.info/WDJ/SHOCKING.HTML You need to have your yard fenced or only have your dog outside when she's on a leash (with someone of course) or a tie-out. If you're going to put your dog on a tie-out, you need to stay out there watching her...she can hurt herself trying to chase things, she can possibly get out of the collar, etc if you're not watching closely.

Not enough info. Firstly, do you have a fence? Secondly, if you have a fence do you have a hunting type of dog? If so, they can climb very high fences. My uncles bassinet hound and our beagle could both climb stockard fences. Hunting dogs will go after birds and squirrels and will dig under or climb over fences to get these things.
When you put the dog out you may have to put it on a leash during the time it is out doing its business

Do you actually have a fence? A dog can be trained to sit but when you leave it in an open space it'll run! Get any fence or don't let her out in the yard without tying her up. My neighbors do the same thing;they don't have a fence but they keep their dog chained to their house in the yard.

Just call the dog back a couple of times and see if the dog listens. Just keep trying it. And if he comes back in the yard when you call him, give him a treat. And when he does run away call his name and ask him if he wants a treat.

Cesar Millan has some great books out to help with problems with dogs.
Also, his show "Dog Whisperer" is excellent! He deals with all sorts of dogs and their issues. They also show how well trained dogs have their problem areas, too!
