I need to send a letter from CA to a place in Australia. Do I use a normal stamp? I tried it once before but it didn't work. All help would be appreciated! Thanks

your best bet is to take your letter to the post office and they will calculate the postage for you bc it will be more than the average 39cents stamp. and you can pay that amount at the desk and they will print up a postage to put on the letter where the stamp would go.
