Infatuation (that intense emotional experience that far too many people mistake for love) is a feeling. So is lust (sexual attraction). But love is a choice. Love is what makes you come back after a bad fight. Love is what puts you firmly on the side of the one you love, even over friends and family and even when you think that (s)he is wrong. Love is what makes you work double shifts to maintain the household that the two of you build together. Love doesn't change, even when your feelings do.

I think that it can be both. The feeling of love is what brings us together, but in alot of long term relationships and marriages that giddy lovey dovey feeling is gone in a couple of years. So it's also a choice. Usually a choice of commitment to one person and a decision and commitment to stick with someone even when the nice frilly feeling are not there. Love is a very complex thing. Love is being patient, kind, caring, delighting in other peoples joy, nurturing and being strong. Hope that answers your question!

Love starts as a feeling...a feeling of maybe attraction. having things in common, having a good time etc. But then we CHOOSE if we want to continue with it or not. Coz falling in love is easy but making the love last is difficult. There is where the choice comes.

Love is forever,passion is for a while.People say they love somebody, but sometimes mean only sex,not love.Love mean:feelings.affection,passion, and sex.Passion without love, mean only sex(sex if not forever,because when you are too old,you can not do it anymore).But love is more than sex and passion.Always there are a misunderstanding what the word love really mean.

there are many kinds of love, but true love comes from the heart and you will know it when it hits you, dont be in a big hurry, love will come to you when you least expect it. If you love from your mind then you are only wishing on a star and it is not true love.

Love... it hurts you , it confuses you , it makes you happy , it makes you mad , it makes you cry Love could make you do crazy things ..So for me Love is a feeling..
