you can use the New York Airport Service Express Shuttle which takes you directly fron LaGuardia to JFK

You can take a free shuttle to the train station and pay $2 and come to the city. Also, there is blue van shuttle. They take u everywhere for $20 to $25.

That's the quickest way; otherwise there's a bus, but if you're in a hurry, go with the cab; you can ask about the bus by the luggage area...

see if the airport has shuttles that go directly there. it might be a little cheaper.
