Sounds like you need a better-quality food. Friskies in particular is notoriously bad for gas. Supermarket pet foods in general are not good choices, health-wise.
You might try the Authority brand at Petsmart (I think it's their house brand). It's quite cheap and actually decent quality.

Most young kittens get gas from eating too fast and the result is air in the stomache.Mine did.Something awful.It passes as they got older and start eating slower.
