never take a chance.... never never..... because there is never a safe time because a woman's body can be interesting.... and some women have gotten pregnant on their period.. Even when on birth control you should always use back up condoms unless you are willing and able to start a family. You are hearing this from someone who has a child who was unplanned, very loved and cared for and wanted, but very unplanned.

No time is really a "good" time to have sex without a condom unless having a baby is o.k. in your near future plans. You can get other forms of protection without the the guy having to cover up... there are diaphragms and sponges, etc...
If you absolutely can not hold off and you just gotta get busy sans protection, you'd probably be best right after the period is done. Not that I'm promoting this or anything because it's really not a good idea, but right after the period, the unfertilized egg has been shed and your gf shouldn't start ovulating for about a week or two (every girl is different but she should know her own cycle). It's also a GREAT idea for your lady to be on some kind of birth control pill.
Go to your local health clinic and they can give you the down and dirty about contraception that's probably a lot safer than just nothing... heck, you might even get some free samples and free is always great... well... most of the time...
I've added a link for you the check in the mean time...

Everybody has good answers, wrap it up or seal it off. One thing to remember that I learned a while back is if you're having sex without a condom, you always want to wait about two (3) days after the woman's period goes off because there maybe some remnants of blood leftover that can cause Hepatitis C by coming into contact with it (it won't happen a 100% of the time but you up the risk). If you gotta have some, like yesterday, make sure your girlfriend douches thoroughly with a vinegar solution then you'll be set. Good luck with that!

Its never a good idea to have sex without a condom. If you are on birthcontrol pills and have not missed a day. Then the safetest time to have unprotected sex is during your sugar pills. Because you are still protected from the pills you took during the month...BUT remember thats if you have not missed any pills. Otherwise, pregency is always a risk.

Ok i know that when i answer this it will further your corruption since you'll be able to time your escapades without fear. But i'm not so pure too so who cares. After the period it takes another 14 days before ovulation or before another egg cell is released. You can also not impregnate your girl friend during the period but that is just disgusting. So that's my advice now go forth and don't multiply.

That's a myth do not buy into it. Without getting all biological with the reasons. There's still a good chance of it happening. It's something not worth taking chances on. If you have your uncertainties then don't do it. The consequences are ones that'll last the rest of your life.....or at least then next 18-19 years.

That's not a smart thing to do because chances are you will end up getting pregnant!!!!! My suggestion is this...if you don't dig condoms then she needs to be on some form of birth control. Doing the "pull out method" hardly ever works because the both of you are in to the moment and before you know it your swimmers are heading for her egg! An inexpensive way to to get birth control is to go to planned parenthood...some of their offices are 'income based' so you could get a month's supply of 'the pill' for as cheap as 0.90 cents! (if cash is the problem).

It depends. Best way is to adoped the proven and reserched safe period method. It is also safe during the periods but avoid it as it would lead to discomfort of the female and possibility of getting some infection etc.
The following is the best & safe method to avoid pregnancy:-
First, one should know the duration of the cycle, i.e. first day of the last menstrual bleeding to the first day of the present menstrual bleeding. This is the duration of the menstrual cycle.
This duration varies from person to person & is usually between 26 to 31 days.
Ovulation approximately occurs in the middle of the cycle, i.e. duration of the cycle - (minus) 14 days (this also varies).
A week before and a week after the approximate day of ovulation is considered to be Fertile period.
The days apart from this is called the safe periods, where the fertilization does not takes place.
So, to calculate the safe period you must know the fertile period.
Calculation of fertile period: The shortest cycle minus 18 days=1st day of fertile period. The longest cycle minus 10 days= last day of fertile period.
Ex: if a women's menstrual cycle varies from 26days to 31days cycle,
The shortest cycle [26days] minus18days=8th day.
The longest cycle [31days] minus 10days=21st day.
Thus, 8th to 21st day of each cycle counting from first day of menstrual period is considered as fertile period.
Period other than this fertile period in a menstrual cycle is considered as SAFE PERIOD.
If one wants to avoid pregnancy avoid intercourse during fertile period. Safe period is safe for sexual activity.

anytime my friend the fact is you are taking a risk--you should still use a condom and if you are monogamous consider her going on birth control--if you are absolutely against using a condom and want to go ahead you are tempting fate--no matter the odds.
