Well it clearly shows Israel's attempt to have peace. But every Muslim nation is not in the best interest of Israel. Could you imagine Syria, or Iran (who support Hezbollah) sending troops?
Turkey would be the best choice in my opinion. Although they are an Islamic Country, they do not tolerate extremist, and they actually have done military training exercises with Israel. Jordan would be another good choice. Since King Hussein (last King of Jordan) was one of the greatest peace builders in the Middle-East and was the first to recognize Israel, I think his son Abdulah would make a great contribution if he sent troops there.
Yemen. A country full of terrorist and bandits.
Oman. Supported us in the first Gulf War, but doesn't have an adequate Army to send.
Arab Emirates. No Army
Qatar. No Army
Kuwait. Has an Army trained by the US and US equipped. I guess we will see if they care about peace. But they also have a very large amounts of Syrian and Palestine citizens living there.
Saudi Arabia. Good chance to see if the King of the 2 Holy Mosque supports Osama bin Ladens Jihad against Christian or Jews, or wants peace. They have the largest ground army.
Outstanding question.

I don't think they will any time soon, the modern muslim nations are cowardly and don't even follow their own islamic laws proper.
But, even if they send troops to be neutral, Bush is probably gonna assume that they're sending reinforcements to Lebanon so it can attack and everything will get all chaotic (again) cuz then the gov. will keep feeding its people BS as to why they're attacking Lebanon or aiding Israel or Sh**

The question is plenty extra complicated than that. we are there because of the fact the Taliban harboured Al Qeuda in Afghanistan while they planned and accomplished a number of terrorist attrocities alongside with the African Embassy bombs, the united statesCole and at last the 9/11 horror. We went in to get Al Queda, to no longer combat the Taliban according to se. they only desperate to no longer provide up their acquaintances. Secondly the 9/11 hi jackers weren't ALL Saudis. a number of them have been Saudis who have been in opposition to the Saudi government in that a substantial component of the reason for the formation of Al Queda grew to become into to oppose the Saudi regime which Bin Ladin felt had betrayed Islam by using being friendly to the U.S. Thirdly the biggest Muslim u . s . that helps combat the Taliban is now Pakistan (the place the Taliban grew to become into certainly formed initially) because of the fact their former allies have grew to become on them. Fourthly the 2nd best Muslim military struggling with the Taliban is the Afghan military itself, it is constituted of squaddies from plenty extra of Afghanistan than the Taliban represents. Fifthly the ISAF forces are supported by using contingents of armies like the Turks, Uzbeks, and Kazaks, that are predominantly Muslim international locations. ultimately at the same time as Saudi does no longer make contributions squaddies, the coalition forces in Afghanistan use their airfields, camps, logistics and grant chains. The Saudis have an prolonged heritage inspite of the undeniable fact that of backing the two facets in some way and there's little question that a number of Saudi (inner maximum) funds is going to the Taliban and Al Queada as a style of coverage basically in case they win.

You mean, troops from Iran and Syria, who directly support Hezbollah? That's like putting an arsonist in charge of watching over both the match factory and the oil refinery.
Or do you mean troops from Egypt and Turkey and India, who might actually be able to make an effort at being neutral?

Depends on the countries, it is possible, for India, Turkey, and a few others to send troops, Syria couldn't and Iraq couldn't but it is possible and they most likely would like to.

Turkey might because it has peacekeeper units to send out to the Middle East. I don't think other nations will because they prefer to stay neutral and they need their own militaries to protect their borders.
