And by the way... Im not a kid!!!!!! And i have another question for you all! Would any of you non believers die for anyone? If your answer was yes then your very nice. Would you die on a cross with nails through your hands and feet and have it pulling and suffer with thorns in your head? for the whole world that you love so they would have eternal life?! If your answer was yes then your like me. If your answer is no then your wasting your life!!!!!!!!!! If any of you want to know more about my belief and the guy who made me and loves me and you more thn life then you can contact me!

Lindsey is clearly questioning what she knows about religion. What would make God have any gender at all? The people who came up with God in the first place. Men. There had to be a woman pure enough to give birth to Jesus, but she doesn't really get her due from the Christians. Eve convinved Adam to eat the apple. Eve came from Adam and a woman place in the church is generally seen in the church as in submission to a man. The church is really sexist in its views. It's no wonder The Davinci Code was so popular, and had so much credibility with so many people, because it told a story that did a good job of explaining the sexism in the church. Some people like Lindsey are going to eventually question what they have been told.

People will say whatever they feel comfortable with as it relates to God. The Bible refers to God as "He", "Father", and, of course, Jesus who came to show us what God is like, was a man. But at other times, God used feminine characters, "mother", "hen", to show His love for us. And then there are some who would have us believe that God (the Father) is a male, the Holy Spirit is the Mother (female) and that Jesus is the Son!!! You do remember the creation story where God created man in His image, "male and female created He them".
I don't think God has a gender. In that case, linguistically, the masculine is used to represent Him. Somewhat analogous to the Spanish usage: el hermano (brother), la hermana (sister), los hermanos (brother and sister OR brothers).

In monotheistic religions, God is said to be a man. "Man" being made in God's image and all that.
In polytheistic religions, there is a recognition of both genders. There are Goddesses and Gods. Given that we need these gender opposites in nature in order for the world to reproduce itself, I find polytheistic religious philosophies far more attuned to the reality of our world and our universe. They are more divine in my humble opinion than a non gendered god or a god that does not recognize the necessity of the female sex and that sex's equality in nature. Both are equal. Both are necessary. They are a part of the "balance" that makes our world and the universe itself, function.

Kid, grow up. Maybe when you're a little more intelligent you'll realize that not everyone has the same beliefs as you and that fretting over a pronoun if the least of your worries.

Just so you know the truth. "God" is a space alien who came to earth and modified DNA to create human beings only as an experiment.
This is YOYO land!

God doesn't exist, so God can be whatever gender your pretty little mind wants it to be. It's all a figment of your imagination anyway...
