For this question, you need to define the premise (and I'm not trying to be cute by saying, "define what you assume to be true,"). My working definition of truth is the meeting of perception and reality. That is, reality is there to be perceived correctly or incorrectly, and when it is perceived correctly, that is truth. Wikipedia gives this as the most common and traditional definition, but it does say that there are several opinions and much debate over the meaning of truth (which is a little funny on a super dorky level if you think about it).
If you go by this definition (which is not inconsistent with your ideas of personal and separate... there's a lot of room there):
It is part of the human condition that bias is forever an obstacle in the pursuit of truth, but if two people correctly perceive similar enough experiences, then it seems likely that this attainment of truth would be a definite point of connection. It is also worth mentioning that two individuals of great enough perspective to circumvent their biases may find many connections between themselves...

Of course. We all have a spiritual, (telepathic, empathic), bond.
Mass hysteria? Science makes foolish explanations for things like this which only verify it's reality.
Mob violence? Ever saw how a crowd will suddenly surge forward all at the same moment, instead of in waves, like at a riot or concert?
There is such a thing as group Karma. Some say the Red
peoples were the ones in power on Atlantis. They were
peaceful for thousands of years. But true to human nature,
they started thinking themselves superior to others, and tried to
dominate the world.
Supposedly, that is why they suffered so in modern times. It
is said the Red peoples are supposed to teach the Whites right now. Not with self-righteousness. But by showing them that
Whites will suffer if they abuse their power. And though many will
rise to a higher level during the coming times. There will still
be life on Earth. What kind of world will one want to return to?

Yes definitely. Truth can bond and connect individuals. It is not two entirely separate realities. Thuth is truth. There is only one kind of truth. It cannot be devided into semi-truth, half-truth, almost-truth, etc..
Truth DOES connect from memories and sharing of experiences.
A very good exemple of that is the A.A. movement.

well for some things truth is personal and separate but there are things in life that just are NOT personal and separate. would you mind if i murdered your mom? see what i mean, even if it's OK for me it totally violates your truth of having a loving mother in your life. i know i'm not answering the question, but in a way i'm kinda taking issue with the "if" statement it started with. for the most part i think there's universal truth with only a very, very few variables that are more like "preferences" or even "opinions" than "truths."

truth is not personal or seperate, there has to be absolutes otherwise our society would fall apart. We know we can't fly off and beat on others, and those who do need to justify their actions, we know we can't push to the front of a check out line up even if we're bigger or stronger, there is one truth that guides our existence and whether we acknowledge it or not we are dependant on it. The knowledge of good and evil and conscience guide us along that path of truth that leads toward Jesus Christ.

Two people experiencing the same event can come away with entirely divergent opinions about what occurred and why.

on the bible. 2 Timothy 3:sixteen-17 "All Scripture is breathed out by using God and worthwhile for coaching, for reproof, for correction, and for education in righteousness, that the guy of God could be finished, geared up for each sturdy artwork." Your "God-wakeful studies" might desire to be something different than what you think of they are.
