i always wonder whether handful of fat on stomach is not that bady health wise.Is it appealing aesthetically?How to get rid of these slight love handles and fat?
plz suggest

try the cereal diet. Eat cereal twice a day and anything that you want for dinner. On top of that try to do some activity for one hour a day. You will probably loose about a pound or two a week. It worked for me. Good luck. I lost 11 pounds in about 8 weeks.

A flat stomach is a stomach with almost no fat. You should be able to see your abs through the skin clearly.

Beleive it or not crunches do not always work especially for a woman's belly. Walking is the best exercise for all over body fat and if you get 3 servings of low fat dairy, (yogurt, cheese, milk, etc) it reduces belly fat.

If you can't "pinch an inch" your stomach is flat. If you have two inches of flab there that is not a flat stomach. Try exercise and cutting back on calories.

i might say 1500 energy.. it somewhat is to low and bounce rope. in case you bounce rope for 20 minutes, 1500 energy and raise difficult, you would be lean in 4 weeks no longer to show 5, promise. long previous..
