No you can't spread pimples or acne all over your face no matter what you do, it is not a contagious thing. But touching your face can do it, the oil from your hands can cause acne. It could be hereditary or what you eat, all sorts of things. But definitely wash you face often with anti-acne products and keep it clean. Cosmetics can aggravate the condition and clog your pores. Less make up or none till cleared up is better. Also a bit of sun helps, lie in the sun, get some on your face, it works. Good luck to you. If all else fails, look up a Dermatologist and online sometimes you can write and ask them stuff.

Usual pimples PROTOCOL 1/ on no account, ever touch your face. 2/ Use 3 facecloths to scrub your face, one to cleaning soap on, one to cleaning soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice bloodless water, in that order, as soon as a day. Three/ in case you are underneath 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal 4/ in case you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of nutrition A twice a day with a full meal. Do not get pregnant whilst taking vitamin A. Do not take any longer, like Accutane, it'll stop you growing. 5/ never, ever. Pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 once more. 6/ do that for 90 days. 7/ put money into a company new pillow and a pair of new or more pillow instances to double bag' your pillow. Hot wash every couple of days. Supply: a little bit of recommendation given to me as a young person, somewhat of science as i'm studying allergies and nutrition A is a part of that. Somewhat of study: I sat in a lecture at the again and watched the pimples susceptible choose at their faces, these with the more serious pimples touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial proof that acne is the influence of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...Where it does not get washed off and is well fed through hormones, sweat a nd oil...Only a hypothesis... However it could explain why diet A is so powerful as diet motives epidermis to cast off dermatophytes. The key is not ever to contact the spots recommendations on how one can treat zits and achieve perfect clear dermis in as little as 7 days?

No. But you shouldn't be "pushing" out pimples either. There's a tool I bought from um...somewhere online, that is made specifically to pop pimples and blackheads without making them bleed and leaveing more bacteria on your face and all that shet. You should wash you face twice a day, morning and night, and in between if you work out or break out a sweat. Use a washcloth and scrub. I use cetaphil, and it works better than anything else I've ever used. Give it a shot...and you might stop getting zits. But acne is also based on your diet and your blood circulation...keep the diet clean...and your face will be cleaner.

Your hands have alot of germs on them. Before touching your face, wash your hands with antibiotic soap (dial) and follow your "facial" with a good antibacterial wash of your face and hands. Then use a good cleansing liquid like witch hazel or an astringent with a cotton ball. These things will keep all of that bacteria that you acquired from pimples on your hands from spreading to other places on your face. Also try taking aspirin afterward (with food) as it is a natural anti-inflammatory.

Acne isn't a skin disease that spreads. Wash use water it'd be gross if you didn't.

Is also advisable to finish up with cold water, to close the pores.
