Typically, if you wake up on your own, you will tend to remember your dreams. However, if you are awaken by an alarm clock, or loud noise or some other unnatural occurrence, it's much harder to remember your dreams.
It also helps if you get a good nights sleep, which will allow your body to actually enter into REM sleep. Problems like sleep apnea can cause people to wake up many times a night without noticing it. These people typically have more difficulty remembering their dreams.
Since you are able to remember multiple dreams, you must be sleeping pretty well. Good for you!

Dreams are a way our body uses to relieve us from the stresses in life. It is completely healthy and normal for us to have dreams or various dreams a night. If you are a person that remembers your dreams when you wake up you should write them down so later you can find out the meaning of them. All your dreams tell you something (insecurities, fears, etc.)

That happens to me. I can remmebr dreams from last year and beyond that. It is good to have dreams. You dream every night, but sometimes you don't remember it. Without dreams we would go.
