Does anyone out there know of any real dating websites or is everyone on them full of ****?

Hey there is a lot of poisonous people on dating websites. But I was fortunate and met a woman over 2.5 years ago and we have been together ever since. As a matter of fact we are getting married next May 20. Did I chat with some losers - certainly. But without having to learn from bad experiences I would never have met my lady. We met on Findsome.com. I am not trying to promote this site as there are plenty of losers on it also, but just saying that it worked for us.

I would have to say they are. I have never met anyone thru them. Just go out to a bar or join a singles group or a group that is into the same hobby or activity you enjoy. At least that way you will meet people definitely and right away instead of playing those endless games that one gets into on personals sites (and often the person doesn't meet you or they are a psycho etc etc). Bottom line - on-line dating is way more trouble than it is worth - avoid it.

There is no MAGICAL dating website. The concept itself is very strange. People sit behind their computers getting fat when they should be out enjoying life and meeting people.
We've become so into doing everything inside, that we've lost the personal touch. We're very lazy.
Find some things that you like to do, hiking, biking, church, clubs, trips, etc... and get to know and meet people.
