i broke up with my boyfriend whom i stayed with 4 years ..two weeks ago... am feelin lonly and sad.. but i dont miss him. i want somebody new who could realy love me , for me,, but i cant wait long.. and i would like someone from my country.

You have been with your boyfriend for 4years and two weeks and you broke up with him. You have done some thing which a lot of people can't do as to know the years and weeks you were together with your boyfriend. Most people can go so far as the years and nothing more.
From your expression you still do love him and when some one know those little details, it is hard to get over some one and move on.
It is wise to take your time and sort your self out as to why you two broke up. The cause of the break up could be either you or him or some other reason. Since you are in the know, as to the causes of the break up and if you are not responsible in any form shape or fashion, directly or in directly contributing to the break up.
Sort your self out by doing things differently so as not to repeat mistakes for you to have another relationship to hit rock bottom. You mention some one from your country so i assume that the person is from some were else.
It is the quality of the person within and not the country that really matters, unless this person is from countries i can name, but will not then i can understand were you are coming from.
Take your time to heal if you are an innocent victim from your predicament before jumping into the relationship roller coaster.
