and my hairs already medium brown and it looks great better than black

I am Filipino as well and I say yes. You will have to change some of your wardrobe colors tho like everyone who lightens their darker hair. Your make up style will change too. If you already do nude make-up you are on the right track. Go for highlights so growing it out won't be as obvious as a solid color. Your hair being med brown already helps a lot. Those with black hair will have to highlight then color the rest of their hair medium brown for the base color.

Besides, your expectations are very realistic because you chose non Caucasian naturally tanned models like Jessica and Beyonce.

You should've stuck with black. You're not a Caucasian and should not wear white girl hair colors. They will not go with your skin tone.
