What kind of printer do you have?
Maybe a PSC1310?

Just 1310, nothing else?... Could be the name of a peripheral like a printer or something. If you have nothing connected to your computer with that number in its name you could probably safely uninstall it. But if you are having no problems with your computer, it is probably best to leave it alone.

Before you go deleting it (though it is most likely spyware/malware)...do you have printers, cameras, camcorders ect. that have the product name of 1310...some driver manufacturers dont include their name in the drivers/software that go's into the control panel sometimes

If u dont even no wat it is, it prolly shouldn't b there. its prolly spyware or something like that. Uninstall it
