Depending on it's gender and personalities.
If it's a female, you can name her: Jannet, Helia, Kenny, Hanna, Asuka, Stella, Musa
If it's a male: Rock, Sky, Jack, Nigel
Some name also comes from your dog's personalities like Nipper, Blacky,Brownie
That's only some of them. There are a lot more names which can be given to your dog.
Good luck and have fun with your new companion!

I have two dogs-both boxers. One named Bo (We call her Doodie-don't know why.) and TInkerbelle. We call her "Sh'abomb" (When Sean Hannity talks about dirty words, he says some one dropped an "F" bomb, so since this go is a peice of sh*t we call her Sh'bomb. I would just call her Sh*t but we also have a three year old daughter...We had a Boxer who died who was named Dozer, but we called him Turd.

I would call him Hamster especially if he is going to be a big dog. And if the dog is going to be little, well there ya go.

well, 1st, is it a male or female???...and also make sure its one-two syllable, that way the dog wont get confused, also, make sure it doesn't sound like no, for ex. Joe, joey, zo(zoey),snow etc. and last make it something you can live with, not stupid, or idiot, my favorites are ones that match the color of its coat, if it brown, u could call it chocolate, or Hershey's, and if its yellow or light light brown, you could call it butterscotch, or Goldie, white could be snowflake or winter, and black could be midnight or something,...anyway, that's my opinion, good luck and have fun with your new dog! : )

Name him after what may be his looks ,such as, if he has imprints of boots on his paws you can call him boots, or try finding him a name after his personality, such as, if he's energetic and playful calling him frisky. I had a black cat which I called shadow. A dog that followed me constantly, I called him, Buddy. Good luck!
