Its depend, if only the two of you trust each other. Also you ought to be keeping in touch with each other either my calling or sending letter and e-mail too chatting is one of the best way.

Well am in a long distance relationship at the moment and is has been about a year now. What i do every night is to send her a goodnight txt msg and give her a wake up call the nxt morning and its working because of the love and trust we have for each others.

As i said earlier, it depends on the to parties.

Yes if you are committed. I am engaged to the man I was in a long distance relationship with. We live together now but we did the long distance thing for a year. We always respected each other, visited when we could, and kept each other first. It works out but only if you want it to.

It all depends on the intensity with which it started. If people really like each other distances are no barriers. Some people spend a lifetime waiting patiently for their partners.

l have been in a long relationship for 5 years but we had no commitment and we both saw other peoples now I feel that I have wasted my time in this relationship because there was no commitment. it can work if you work together and love each other enough.
