Unexplained weight loss needs to be checked out by a vet. It can be anything from something as simple as parasites to something as serious as cancer. Only your vet can diagnose the problem and treat it properly. Don't just indiscrimanantly deworm it or give it any other meds until you know for sure what the problem is, to do so could do a lot more harm then good.

Have you switched her food recently? More activity recently? Assuming you haven't done either and you didn't want her to lose weight, there is likely something physically wrong. Often, this will be the only symptom and should not be ignored. It could be as simple as worms, or something much more serious. Get her to the vet...she needs an exam, fecal check, and probably bloodwork.

Trip to vet might be inorder. It might be an intestinal parasite. Have you changed her diet? If you have is she eating like she was before the diet change? The answers to the questions are usually the first things the vet will ask you. Most of the time, but not always, parasites are usually in older dogs. A simple fical test and some pills should help the problem.

Could be one of three things; diabetes, she's swallowed something she shouldn't have which is causing her to lose her appetite or worms. Get her down to the vets for a blood screen and an X-Ray. There's alot more things that could be wrong so get her checked out asap Hope she gets better soon.

Look at her gums if they are white could be worms, but you really need to take her to the vet. That much weight loss in one month sounds like something serious. Vet asap.
