I can't understand why they would do that, except to say that we do not have any Nuetron bombs.A nuetron bomb
will kill every living thing for decades and no body can enter the area for a very long time.

well the neutron bomb WOULD not nessacarily leave all builds in tack it only limits the damage to property, it does have a rather large explosive force to it. but it is not yet ready for use... i assume why that is a nuetron bomb wouldn't be considered a deterrent, but i assume the only rreason a nuclear may deterr is because it is an extreme step in warfare. useing a nuclear bomb may stop an army in its tracks and make it think twice about messing with whoever launched it... during the cold war we were building up our arms in order to deterr the russian from attacking... and when the atom bombs were dropped on japan we were then making them think twice about carrying on with the war. the civilian population couldn't stand lose a city every five days to this miracle bomb... so that i only what i speculate... but have never really heard of this theory

I have Looked at Charts that show what Hydrogen (90 Megatons) Bombs would do.
It is a Tremendous thing. And I hear that you can make them as big as you want to.
Yeah, a 90 Megaton Thermonuclear Weapon is quite a Deterrant.

The very concept of a neutron bomb is immoral (if a weapon can ever be considered moral) because it puts property ahead of human lives.
