Something like - but much much better - when you have to go to the bathroom real bad and can't find a restroom and when you finally find one and sit on it and pee......now that feeling is something like it!

This is a quesiton that cannot be answered because it is different for everyone, and obviously if you have to ask, you haven't had "It." Mature people do not run around asking others (especially on the Internet) how "It" feels. Grow up.
