She's carrying a stuffed toy around because she obviously knows her body is getting ready to have puppies and she's whining because she is in heat and wants to be bred! Get this poor dog spayed - her behaviour is perfectly natural.

Well, how horny can you get, and what sort of noises do you make when you're frustrated. She is just like any other female. And pheromones are pheromones. If you do have a boyfriend that comes over regularly, I'd be very surprised if she doesn't "present" herself for his use.
Do her the favor of getting her fixed. At the least she won't be driving you crazy anymore.

Get her fixed. Once you get her fixed, she may still yowl, but not as bad. Our cat, Mocha, yowls just a little bit and carries socks around the house. But she is not constantly whining.
Her stuffed animals represent her puppies. Just like Mocha's sock represents kittens. Kinda funny if you watch them carry them around.
But, yet, it can be annoying.
Good luck!

Why don't you get her spayed then???? This is a very simple solution...why have you not figured it out yet? She will be a healier dog..no chance of getting pyometra in the future and you will not have to stress about her going into heat.

Spay her. My cats drove me nuts yowling when they went into heat until I got them spayed. If you intend to breed her, you're going to have to just ignore it.

If it is so nerve wracking for you just imagine how SHE feels. Get her spayed and then you'll both be happy.
