there are people who think dating someone 2 years older is too old....some people even think a year is bad..

so what is your own range?

Age is just a number for people who need it to matter. My parents told me a two year age difference was too much, yet they had 15 between them. It's only matters if it's breaking a law, thus if the person is underage...don't even think about going there. I know people who are 30 with the mentality of a 15 yo and kids 15 with the mentality of a 30 yo. It's the maturity level, not the number that counts. If it's legal, and you really like the person...go for it.

Those people are really limiting their options. I don't date because I am happily married but if I did I would think about 10 years older or younger would not be bad once you are thirty anyway. Any more and it would be hard to find commonalities. I would not be tied to that though.

It all depends on the person. If you are mature enough and understand an older guy then go for it. Be wise that older guys tend you use younger girls because they think that they dont know any better. If you are smart and know how the game goes, then you should be straight.
