Exercise every day and eat healthy foods.
Or you can try something I did a few years ago. I was using some of the eating tips from "Fit for Life," by Harvey and Marilyn Diamond. In the mornings, I had nothing but oranges and bananas. In the evenings, I had a baked potato and some lightly cooked broccoli with lots of butter. I dropped twenty pounds in a month, and my hair got thick and bushy.
But instead of aiming for a quick loss, you should really concentrate on long-term changes that will *keep* you lighter. Exercise and good diet is the key.

Drink plenty of water but no more than a gallon a day or youll retain water weight. Help flush your system by staying hydrated and try having some cabbage boiled, add some vinegar to help cleanse also. Try to limit your meal portions and only eat when your body is absolutely hungry. not beacuse its 11:45 and you always have lunch at that time. Eating when your body is hungry and not your mind is better for you just try to make it at normal times of the day.(like no midnight snack)If any snacking at all try to make it as healthy and fat-free as possible. Eliminate any and all caffeines and try 1% milk which is only 1% milk fat and all the nutrients as whole milk. Have grains and lots of veggies. Not too much starches and limit the white bread. Also try to take a nightly or daily walk. I like walking after dinner when its cooler and more relaxing to be out.(if at night have a flash light)

Ok. First of all, take it from someone who's been underweight all of their life. Don't try to lose too much weight. Anyways, first, You MUST do lots and lots of cardio. Crunches are also very helpful. Good cardio workouts are bike riding, jogging, and swimming. If you can, go to a gym and ride one of the stay-in-place bikes. The treadmill is good as well.

Liposuction? Bypass surgery? Otherwise, you just have to diet and exercise like everyone else. There is no quick fix for losing weight.
