Like Schmo said above. It depends on your browser.
If you use IE, in the browser click Tools, then Internet options.
1. Delete your Cookies and History on the General Tab.
2. Click on the Content tab, Clear the SSL State, and ensure that your AUTO COMPLETE, IS NOT SET TO STORE USER NAMES AND PASSWORDS.!
In Netscape Navigator and Fire-fox, inside the browser, Click Edit, Preferences.... you have the CLEAR ALL option.

It all depends on what browser you are using. Different browsers have different methods of clearing the cache.
If Netscape: clk Edit / Preferences / Advanced / Cache / Clear Cache.
Other browsers are different... What browser are you using?
