Adam and Eve were created perfect, but when they sinned all these things followed. God allowed it to happen this way. Think about it. If there was no sickness and everyone was happy all the time, why would they look to God? When do people pray? They pray when they are going through hard times. God uses hard times to bring us to Him. It makes us look to Him and acknowledge that we need Him. He desires that we all be saved, and if it means we have to break every bone in our body to come to that point of salvation, then He will make it happen because our eternal destiny and relationship with Him are far moe important than anything on this Earth. Maybe this is all part of getting the world back in balance. If we continue to find ways to keep people alive longer, somehow, we have to displace other people or the world will soon become overcrowded. That means we have to stop procreating, or limit ourselves to simply replacing ourself and our partner, then stop. But we don't seem willing to do that, so sickness, birth defects, plagues, etc. do what we seem unable to do. It may not be the ideal alternative, but it certainly works. And that sounds intelligent to me.....

That seems like apples and oranges to me. I don't get the connection between Evolution, Intelligent Design, and sickness.

You can if you Learn TRUTH.
The Creation didn't have any of this until Adam let satan and his Angels gain Authority over it.
Blame satan for Evil and Wickedness in the Creation.
Blame GOD ALMIGHTY for all of the GOOD in the Creation.
There is more to it.
