Does anyone use the Kroger 1-2-3 Rewards Credit Card?

It's a mastercard credit card, the one where you can use it as your Kroger Plus card and you get points and save tons of money on groceries apparently. Has anyone used this? Is it a total rip-off?

It is a great card.

The issuer of the card is Royal Bank of Scotland - prime bank with prime cards.
