this guy use to to see me since my school days but i never knew it coz he was not in my school...during my college days he use to wait for me before i left for college with an intention to look at me atleast once stil i never knew this guy...then 1 fine day he approached me and proposed me very lovingly??but i could not accept his luv??and he asked me many times but i rejected him??i always kept 1 thing in mind it must not hurt him??i do not know whether i luv him or not??but nowadays i search for him before leaving for college??is it some thing wrong i am doing

Do you like him following you and giving you attention
or are you starting to like him
How do you know he used to follow you all this time if you didnt notice him

Why don't you try just dating him? There must be something about him that you find interesting or you wouldn't be looking for him but take it slow and get to know who he is before you start talking about love.
