I have two cockatiels and i feed them some fruits like grapes and banana slices...plus i make them dried fruits and give them slices that way but use only as treats..

Cockatiels can eat anything you offer it, weather or not they do is another story. Cockatiels are NOT FRUIT EATERS so youd be lucky if it even gave it a second look. Seeds and Wheat bread work best in my 20 yrs of experience.

A good selection of fruits or vegatables are good for them.
In areas where cockatiels naturally live, they are very destructive to a fruit crop.

not my bird Gus is picky he would rather
have any green leaf or scrambled eggs
also loves cherios and popcorn as always
there are plenty of seeds

Absolutely. They should NOT be fed avocados, onions, rhubarb, or chocolate. You should pick up a Bird Talk mag...they usually always have something on parrot's diet. They have a good website,too!
