no.
Since both evolution and intelligent design theory BOTH equally fail as to the origin of the originator, -then...
Since ID recognizes super-natural, beyond the natural, then ID is a better explaination of even the origins of the originator. (Evolution requires that there's a natural / materialist explaination to everything, ID says that, - AND also INCLUDES the super-natural element)

Design does not require a designer; it only requires an observer.
Design does NOT require any intelligence. It can be random and arbitrary, based on chance and purely physical attributes.
Leave a cup of saltwater in the sun. When the water evaporates the salt forms a crystalline design due to well understood physical properties.
Do the designs made by frost on a windowpane requre "intelligence" for their creation? Ripples in a sand dune? Fractal patterns? Snowflakes? Of course not. Same thing applies to everything.

Heb 3:4 points to the fact that a house is obviously constructed by someone(intelligent design) So to, in observing creation, we should be able to recognize intelligent design.

It's an unanswerable question, because "intelligent designer" is simply a creationist code word for the Christian god, and the creationists won't consider the idea of God having a source. If you want to consider an intelligent designer without the Christian context, then it can be anything you want, even a self-desigining designer, since it's a purely imaginary construct.

Yes.
The main argument for an intelligent designer (creator) is that the object of creation is so complex that it 'obviously' requires one. Where that argument falls apart, though, in following that train of thought, is that the creator must, OF NECESSITY, be more complex than the object of creation... which means that 'complexity', itself, isdeemed to be proof of the involvement of a creator. Since complexity requires a creator, and since the creator must be more complex than the object of creation, then the complex nature of the creator ALSO demands it has to have been created. (There is absolutely no basis on which to presume or assert that such a complex entity has always existed.) This leads us to a path of infinite regression... creation... creator... creation... creator... creation... ad infinitum... ad nauseum. That is impossible. Therefore, an intelligent designer/creator is also impossible.
