i ve a bad insomnia problem. but i had depression. maybe u ve tooo. get rid of ur tensions. excercise till the point of exhaustion, every evening. take lots of fluids and sleep will automatically come. i did this for a month and now this is a part of my life

Melatonin is a natural pill you can take.But,if you want to avoid that,you should leave the TV off at night,maybe some warm milk with honey,and a good book or magazine.If you wake up during the night,start reading again.It should help.Also,stay away from caffeine late in the day,and try not to take naps.

try a glass of milk (warm is better) and some bananas... they have some ingredient that makes you sleepy.... or try winding down before you go to bed like read a book or breathing exercises
