That's a normal fluctuation based on water weight gain and loss. You'll probably notice some monthly variances, and you'll weigh less the morning after eating a low-carb diet than the morning after eating some bloating, like salty foods or carbs. If you want to maintain at the 116, eat a diet low on salt and simple carbs, relying more on lean protein, complex carbs and fruits and vegies.

Everybody's weight fluctuates from day to day. Your body is more than 50% water, and water retention/loss is the primary cause of day-to-day weight fluctuation. Other factors that might contribute to daily weight gain and loss would include bowel movements (if you had one right before weighing, or didn't have one for several hours before weighing yourself), eating a particularly large meal before weighing yourself, or not eating much prior to getting on the scale. Fat and muscle loss/gain would not affect you day to day, but overtime this will show up on the scale, too.

You are not supposed to weigh yourself everyday. As stated , the body fluctuates. You need to weight yourself in the morning after using the bathroom and before eating.

What you are describing is perfectly normal, based on all the fluctuations in your body's digestion, perspiration, elimination, etc.
For a more accurate reflection of what you actually weigh, you should weigh yourself once per week at the same time of day, wearing the same clothes (or naked).

Its toptally normal for your weight to change within a five lb range over the course of a day. It will naturally fluctuate over a day as you eat, drink, sweat and get dirty....Yes, dirt will add weight to you! LOL Soooo, don't stress this is normal and fine!

it probably depends how much food you eat in a day... the stomach and intestines can hold about 5 pounds of food... so it's not unusual to see your weight fluctuating. also if you weigh yourself before and after bowel movements it should give you a better idea as well. hope this helps!

do you weigh yourself in the morning after you use the bathroom that's the best time that's your true weight you have to keep in mind that when you eat something you have to digest it all the way before you weigh yourself so from now on go 1 and 2 then weigh yourself

it's probably just water retention, yeah 4 lbs of it, and also the time of day that you weigh yourself may affected what the scale reads on a day to day basis, i beleieve you wiegh more in the morning than you do at night, if you weigh yourself especially around when yo are pms'ing you'll probably weigh a lot more.

As you eat, drink, poop, pee, and sweat your body weight changes. Further, your clothing could change from day to day, as well as the accuracy of the scale. There are many diferent variables that could cause this unless you control for all of these things.
