I am looking for a computer printout of where the various parts of pork and beef meets are located on the pig/cow. Can some one help out?

Yes, i know that a pork chop is from a pig, but I want to know if anyone knows where the diagram of pork part location.

Chops are the smaller equivalent of the t-bone in a cow. They are the upper part of the rib cage and one half of the spine, if they are "center cut." The circular most tender part of the chop comes from the loin, then muscle that runs down each side of the back bone. By splitting the spine, center cuts can be gotten from each side of the animal.

A t-bone is the same cut, except that it comes from a cow.

I don't know where you might look for the diagram other than using a search engine, but I do know that a pork chop comes from the loin of the pig. I have never heard of a beef chop,but an educated guess would be from the same area as on a pig.
