you have alot of options like

eggs( scrambled or fried)
toast( buttered or with jelly or with both)
omelet( plain or with a meat and some cheese)
orange juice or milk or cranberry juice
cereal
oatmeal
pop tarts
cereal bars(if u on the go)

also you can bake some muffins the night before..that way you can heat them up in the morning.

A glass of juice such as orange, grape or apple. A bowl of cereal that doesn't have alot of sugar with raisins or berries. And coffee or tea with toast.

benut butter and jelly on toast, some cheese, fruit, and a cup of OJ. the fruit and drink r the carbohidrates and the penut butter and cheese r the protien. u could also have some meat w/ your breakfast 2 add some really great protien.XD

I would say a good low-sugar cereal ( e.g., Total, Cheerios, etc.) , fruit, and juice. Unless, of course, you're talking about eating on the run- then I usually do peanut butter on toast.

Toasted sandwiches (with cheese or bacon) with a glass of
cold, fresh juice or milk.
One orange or apple as dessert ...

2 eggs in a nest

butter 2 pieces if bread both sides
cut a hole out of the middle with a small cup
put bread in a pan and crack an egg in each piece of bread
cook on one side then flip cook on second side and put on plate serve with milk or juce
salt pepper and hot sauce(optional)
