help plz!!! i wanna learn how tog et a six pack?

i wanna get a six pack but i don't no wat to do to get it. i am in shape but wat r some good ab work outs??

not the 6 pack of beers as in abdomanal 6 pack

I am pretty sure most convenience stores in the US sell 6 packs. In Canada you do have to go to a liq. store or a beer store.

Depending on what state you are in you have to be 21 or 19 to buy 6 packs.

As far as being in shape, they are not that heavy so you will not have to do an 'ab workout' to buy a 6 pack.
