Oh, dear...if you'd like some good dessert recipes I could give you a bunch that I've collected from friends and co-workers over the years...too many to post here, but I will give you one for now. ¼ lb butter
1½ C Graham Cracker Crumbs
7 oz bag coconut
14 oz can Eagle brand milk
12+ oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate bits
½ C peanut butter

Melt butter in 13 x 9” pan; spread graham cracker crumbs in pan; sprinkle coconut over crumbs; pour cream over coconut and bake at 350° until coconut is just barely golden.

Melt chocolate and peanut butter; pour over browned coconut and cool. Cut into squares.

this is a recipe my grandma made up. Its called cookie log. Kids love it!
Dunk a choc chip cookie in orange juice (pure, not squash) then put a bit of whipped cream on it. put it on a plate or tray and do the same to the next cookie. put this cookie on the previous one. repeat with the whole packet, lining them up on their side so it makes a kind of snak/caterpillar. Then cover the whole thing in cream. If it is for kids then put hundreds and thousands on and smarties or something for eyes. Put in the fridge for 1-2 hrs and then serve cut into slices! its gorgeous!!

here is my quick one for makeing a fast desert
1 package jello (any flavour)disolve in one cup boiling water
instead of 1cup cold water put 1cup vanilla icecream and stir to disolve. pour into individual serving dishes and chill for half an hour. Takes 2 mins to make and every one loves it . Enjoy
