Advertise in the newspaper-hire a pilot to fly a banner over the city-get some of them skylights to light up the night with and huge billboard at it's base-put an ad on your local television station.

Be yourself around them and don't be inconsistent.. For example, don't act all good and nice one time you see them a rebelliouse the next time.. They will think you are lying about your true personality.
