If someone's email a/c and Y! a/c was suspended, how long can he come back?

I have a friend whose e-mail a/c is suspended. And I know he doesn't have any other e-mail a/c. So he might not be able to remember his friends e-mail a/c . What can he do to resume his e-mail a/c and get back the information in his e-mail address.

i have no idea. Maybe he can make another account:) or contact Yahoo and ask when his suspension can be lifted. He might have done or said something really wrong for his account to be suspended. He cant do anything unless he tries to hack it:(
