me. I was a contract holder of a cell phone, and they closed me in good standing and now they have a collection agency on me blocking my ability to talk to them changing the facts out.
How do i protect myself? and conclude this? peacheswrites@yahoo.com NO SPAM

If you are in good standing and current with the cell phone company tell the collector you are going to turn them in the attorney gen. and if they continue bothering you threaten them with a law suite. If you have paper work to back you up you are OK. You don't have to take anything off them.

If they have turned it over to a collection agency, as it appears they have for some reason, you need to challenge the debt. Without going into details here, try googling "Fair Debt Collection Practices Act". You should be able to find a link that tells you how to handle this. Good luck.
