Timmy is handicap in South Park Colorado. He can only say his name, Timmy. He can not confess with his mouth that Jesus is the risen Lord. He can not confess with his mouth his sins. If asked if he wants to believe and be baptised, his only response would be Timmy. Will he be eligible for Christian heaven?

9 Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, 10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, 11 and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

Interesting how people are just zoning in on the fact that Timmy is a cartoon character and not a 'real' person. What does it matter.. it's not the point of the question. The point of the question is if someone has a handicap where they cannot physically mouth the words that he believes will he get to heaven; the question is applicable to many people in the real world.

The book says one has to confess with the tongue but I'd hope that a confession of the heart would suffice as well.

Frankly, with all the rules and regulations and the long, long, loooonnggg list of sins, I'm beginning to wonder whether anybody is eligible for heaven!

South Park is a cartoon, right? So, Timmy is a cartoon character, right? Why are you asking a question about a cartoon character?

Timmy isn't real. Right?
