You can do a search at biblegateway.com. There is not a verse with that exact phrase, but you can try various combinations.
The phrase sounds very poetic. A lot of the poetic praise to God in scripture is found in the book of Psalms.

Are you talking about the verse in Genesis or Psalms 19:1 which teaches the glory of God, or Isaiah 40:5 which tells us his glory shall be revealed and I know there are many more examples of his glory shinning!@
